I find Window's 10 grayscale on everything except titles to be very difficult to read. I don't notice the high contrast options helpful. I would like to change the text color from grey to blackness. How practise I do that?

I have created a letterhead for all my messages which is mostly in blackness, but the latter part is in blueish. When I start to type my alphabetic character the text is bluish. I want it to be black, but tin't find a way to get rid of the blue.

I want the text on the desktop to be simple black text like in this white space and in the blue space just higher up this. Somehow I take white text with black outline like a shadow. Looks terrible,m Hard to read.
